Описание

This is a mod that adds new subspecies for already existing animal races in the game. These new animal strains will have brand new handpaint textures, new stats and their own unique way to be acquired. I was originally just going with a "blue warrior crab" mod for tougher and cooler fellows, but in the end i was really questioning myself about covering other animal races later … So let's say there will supposely be other subspecies later, or may be not, but there is this one at least ! This mod require to re-import the game if used on an old save to make the proper modifications and new NPCs pop. It does not alter vanilla animals but can alter few vanilla npc related to the animals and some of their dialogues.

Please read the last section first, most mods are free but please don't forget to cheer your mod creators so they don't fade away.

New subspecies list :
  • Azure warrior crab : A crab with fairly stronger stats which could rivalize with a gorillo when full aged. Has improved senses, health points and regeneration, also move quicker than vanilla crabs but still a bit slow compared to humans. It's meant to be a solid guard for your outpost. Where to find it : Crab Town. Make your own investigations, i won't help you further. (Please … don't be lazy, you already have the place and it's not extremly hard)


For now, all these animals when obtained will have a default bag that should not be gamebreaking so garru's still stay the best carry-animals because i don't want them to feel useless ! (only 20x10 for the azure crab) you can buy these bags at the Crabtown's bar and they can also fit regular crabs.

Tested with 50+ mods, this game has a pretty simple data architecture. It should be compatible with any other mods.
IT DOES NOT ALTER THE VANILLA ANIMALS, IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THEM IT'S NOT THIS MOD FAULT.
