Hey all Kenshinians.

Some small armour rebalances.

I changed the Armoured rags/Armoured rags (colored) since I didn't like how much they lowered dex and crossbow compared to Samurai armour.

I also did a small dex nerf to Samurai armour since it didn't make sense that medium amour had dex decreasing effects but not Samurai armour.
And buffed Dyed Rag shirt's skill increase a bit,

I might change some of the medium armour let me know what you think.
