This mod is for people whose vanilla Kenshi has become too easy.
This mod increases Kenshi's difficulty. It reinforces the stats of the factions and makes them use better armor and weapons. Most NPCs if not all, have become much stronger. The closer you are to the head of a faction, the stronger they will be.
Be careful, the NPCs strength will be completely different from Vanilla Kenshi. Fighting the leader of each faction in this mod will be an unimaginable dangerous challenge. So I recommend this mod to people who want to make Kenshi very difficult.
It is recommended to use an Attack Slots mod to group up on the new enemies, they will be much too difficult to fight 1v1.
I wanted to make Kenshi's legendary beings really legendary.
This does more than just enhance and change stats of NPCs.
There are many new NPCs from each faction added to make the game more difficult. And a total of 30 new weapons and armor were added. They cannot be made by the player, only looted or bought.
New armor will be found on NPCs of each faction, or as a unique armor that only has one in the world. New Meitou weapons have been added. Players cannot make them, and must collect them.
This is to ensure the mod can provide reasonable compensation for the challenge. It is also to have fun collecting new items.
There are also unique NPCs that can be hired. They have demanding employment conditions. But if you can hire them, they will surely be of great help to you. They are scattered all over the world. Find them hiding somewhere. Fulfilling their recruitment requirements should be fun.
This mod changes much of Vanilla Kenshi. The stats of NPCs will change, and some will use new equipment. I tried my best but I can't say they are perfectly 'lore-friendly'.
This mod also changes the races of some of the NPCs into something new to facilitate the stat changes. Their appearance will not change. However, this will cause compatibility problems with Animation mods. So I have made a compatibility patch.
Added 9 new meitou weapons.
-vanilla NPCs in some areas including the Ashlands, have new weapons. Collecting the new weapons will be a dangerous challenge.
Added 30 new unique armour set.
-armour exists as a faction armour set or as a rare armour that is unique in the world Artifacts.
Added 5 belt slot armours.
-For Soldier Drones and Skeletons, who have no means to protect their heads. The traders are in Mongrel and Black Desert City.
NPCs have become much stronger.
-the enemies you will encounter at the beginning of the game will only be slightly adjusted and little will change. but as the steps go up, the enemies will become more powerful along the steeper rising curve.
for example. the basic units of SK, UC and HN factions, Shek Warrior, Holy Sentinel and Samurai, are only 10 to 20 percent stronger than vanilla, but elite npcs close to factional leaders have become more powerful than vanilla stats by 50 to 75 percent. and new elite NPCs will also be added to each faction, making it harder to fight them. this is just a measure of the approximate rise, not a clear example.
