You like colors? I like colors!
Ever think vanilla tier colors were kinda funky?
Why is standard blue?
Why do we jump from blue to green to yellow?
Why are specialist and masterwork grade the same color?
Now you can indulge in your innermost desire for a color scheme that like, makes sense.
Prototype grade is now an even crummier color of grey!
Shoddy grade is a slightly less crummy shade of that color you get when you mix white and black!
Standard grade is now, y'know, standard. It's a neutral white.
High grade has taken up the mantle of being blue. You go high grade.
Continuing the blue to red transition, specialist grade is now a nice smooth magenta-pink.
And finally, masterwork / meitou has been given a beautiful, brilliant shade of red. Amazing. Truly magnificent.
As you also may have noticed, specialist and masterwork have different colors now! Yay! For weapons the specialist grade color is applied to edgewalker weapons, and the red is applied to meitou.
Because modding is a ♥♥♥♥, I can't edit grade colors without overriding the entire color folder, this would not be an issue except Dark UI also does that. Due to this, and considering it seems like basically everyone uses Dark UI, I ripped Dark UI's color file and applied my grades on top of it.
What does that mean?
Well, if you use Dark UI, it means nothing. Only the color grades will change, you are good to go!
If you don't use Dark UI, then this mod will change your UI colors to that of Dark UI on top of changing item grade colors, which may be a good or bad thing depending on your tastes. In my opinion the stronger colors work a lot better with Dark UI regardless, so if you want this mod then I would recommend that one as well.
Also, here is Dark UI if you want it: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1200632417
Also #2, some of the screenshots use modded items, so if an item seems weird it's cause it's not vanilla.
